The reason for the step-by-step rollout is to curb any potential price volatility and ensure stable growth. Even though the value of Redcurry is determined by the value of the real estate portfolio backing it, it can still be somewhat influenced by the market demand.

The goal of the 5 phases is to steadily grow the AUM (assets under management) of the Redcurry portfolio. The greater the AUM, the less market demand influences the price.

Qualified investors can participate in early rollout phases, contribute to growing the Redcurry AUM, and get rewarded.

Phase 1: Fixed-Term High-Yield Saving Product (NOW OPEN!)

In this phase, Redcurry functions like a premium private real estate fund. That said, while private real estate funds typically require €50k–€250k minimum investments and lock your money up for 5+ years, Redcurry delivers same-level returns with no minimum investment requirement and offers a flexible holding period.

Investors can buy as much or as little Redcurry as they want, choose their holding period (6-36 months), and benefit from the appreciation of a commercial real estate portfolio backing Redcurry (target annual yield: 10-12% + early investor rewards).

Phase 2: FREE-Term High-Yield Saving Product

Holders can now exit at any time by selling Redcurry back to the issuer. The product still behaves similarly to a private commercial real estate fund, with underlying assets targeting 10-12% annual growth alongside early investor rewards, but offers full liquidity.

Phase 3: CEX Availability

Redcurry becomes tradable on third-party platforms (i.e., Admirals). This adds external liquidity and gives users more control over Redcurry.

Phase 4: DEX Availability

Listings expand to decentralized exchanges. Redcurry can now move freely across markets and wallets, with increased accessibility for crypto-native users and on-chain integrations.

Phase 5: Full Payment Integration

Redcurry is linked to debit and credit cards and integrated with neo-banks. Users can pay anywhere—online or in-person—with seamless conversion, making Redcurry usable like cash while continuing to grow in value in the background.

Redcurry Growth Strategy: Early Capital Allocation

Redcurry is built on a foundation of security and growth. Our investment strategy is designed to minimize risk and maximize stability. To achieve that, we prioritize diversified portfolios over single-building investments. 

We exclusively invest in established, well-managed real estate funds that align with our investment strategy until we reach €10 million in assets under management (AUM). At that point, we will begin adding single-building commercial properties with stable, long-term cash flows to the Redcurry portfolio.

The initial €1 million backing Redcurry is strategically invested in the EIKA Real Estate Fund, which is developing and acquiring commercial properties with strong cash flow across Central and Eastern Europe.

Reputable tenants include DHL, Audi, Volkswagen, Avon, Maxima, and State Street Bank.

Transparency

Every Redcurry is backed 100% by commercial real estate. The price of one Redcurry reflects the total value of the underlying assets divided by the number of Redcurry in circulation.
